In the game Weather Machine, you become scientists working in a team led by Prof. Lativa, under whose guidance you have been manipulating the weather for quite some time: adjusting precipitation according to the needs of farmers, maintaining a steady wind and a clear blue sky, ensuring a supply of energy from renewable sources, and also adjusting temperatures to perfectly suit sporting events and visitors to tourist resorts. The prototype of the weather control machine has always flawlessly met its objectives. However, with each activation, you slowly realize that the use of the machine comes at a disturbing side effect. Every time you adjust the weather with its help, conditions elsewhere on the planet change – it seems that the machine is subject to the 'butterfly effect.' Professor Lativa's dream of ending natural disasters quickly turned into a nightmare about the end of humanity. You continue to test the machine, but each subsequent activation brings increasingly worse calamities. One day, the professor strides into the laboratory, followed by a group of people in suits with stone-faced expressions. Government officials have realized the seriousness of the situation and understood that only Prof. Lativa's team can save the world from the destruction it has caused itself.
