The English musician, singer, and songwriter is inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame three times: as a solo artist and as a member of the bands Yardbirds and Cream. Throughout his career, he has won 19 Grammy Awards and several Brit Awards, and the renowned magazine Rolling Stone ranked him second in its list of the 500 greatest guitarists in music history. In 2004, Eric Clapton founded a festival where fans have the opportunity to see unique performances by the world's greatest guitarists.
