Description
In this dice-based adaptation of 7 Wonders, you lead one of the seven greatest cities of antiquity on its path to prosperity. Build a wonder that withstands time, advance science, develop trade, manage your resources and gold, and keep a close eye on neighbouring cities. Over several rounds, you use dice to gather resources, construct buildings and wage war, while improving the available dice to unlock stronger effects. In each round, you choose one of the seven dice and mark its result on your city board. The game ends when a player marks three bonus spaces, earned by completing all the spaces beside one of the eight buildings in their city, so no game allows you to pursue everything at once. The central forum box is used for rerolling the dice and adds a distinctive thematic element. Each city has its own board and wonder, offering varied strategies focused on science, military strength, trade or wonders, as well as plenty of replayability. The rules are accessible while leaving room for tactical decisions, and players compete for points and building advantages.
