For products damaged in transport or defective from manufacturing we offer a full refund or a replacement product within 30 days of receiving your order. If you simply change your mind, you can return your product at your own cost for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Email us at info@czechmovie.com with your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange. For damaged or defective items, a photo helps us resolve your request quickly.
We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back to us.
