Collect story cards, use them to complete quests, and progress to the next chapters. In The Lord of the Rings: Adventure Book Game, players cooperate to help the Fellowship destroy the One Ring. Instead of each controlling one character, players work together to complete quests by moving character miniatures (and sometimes tokens) and discarding story cards from their hands. Each chapter is a mini-game that you either win or lose. You will follow basic rules and any special rules stated in each chapter. If you win a chapter, you advance to the next one. If you lose a chapter, you must start playing it from the beginning again. You win the adventure book game if you manage to complete all 8 chapters before you reach the end of the dark path...
