5minutovka: One Piece

In this fast-paced cooperative card game, you and your pirate crew search for adventure on one of five islands and try to overcome every challenge in its adventure deck within just five minutes. There are no turns: players race against an unrelenting timer, collaboratively matching symbols with those on the Going Merry while keeping them in the correct order. Each player chooses one Straw Hat character—Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji or Chopper—and takes that character’s unique deck. Once the timer starts, adventure cards are revealed and may show an enemy, event or ally. Enemies are defeated by completing challenge cards featuring four-symbol sequences. Players play symbol cards from their hands onto the Going Merry in real time until the sequence matches the current challenge card. When enough challenges have been completed, the adventure card is defeated and replaced by the next one. Character abilities and special actions can help the team in difficult situations or at higher difficulty levels, while beginners can also win by relying only on the basic symbol-matching mechanic. The game is inspired by Netflix’s live-action adaptation of One Piece and is suitable for 2–6 players, with a playing time of five minutes.
