Description
The British heavy metal band Diamond Head was founded in 1976 by guitarist Brian Tatler and drummer Duncan Scott, and they were among the first to be classified as part of the so-called "New Wave of British Heavy Metal." Despite many breakups and personnel changes, the band is still active today, and both Metallica and Megadeth cite them as one of their main musical influences. In 2020, it marked forty years since the release of their first album, and the band prepared a special version for this occasion. They re-recorded all the tracks, gave the album a new cover, and in addition to the seven original tracks from their album, they also recorded four bonuses – cover versions of songs by Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, and Metallica. Album content: LP1 1. A1 Lightning to the Nations 2. A2 The Prince 3. A3 Sucking My Love 4. B1 Am I Evil? 5. B2 Sweet and Innocent 6. B3 It‘s Electric 7. B4 Helpless LP2 1. C1 No Remorse 2. C2 Immigrant Song 3. D1 Sinner 4. D2 Rat Bat Blue
