Description
Bára Basiková recorded a new studio album after five years. It reflects her fondness for the music of the eighties, particularly the works of Depeche Mode, Cocteau Twins, David Bowie, and The Cure. It brings songs about love, passion, disappointment, breakups, manipulation, loneliness, the search for a life path, and the perception of the beauty of this world. The songs were written by Richard Ulrych (Nebezpečné známosti) and Luděk Fiala (Decline, p.m. band), who also produced the album. One song was penned by long-time collaborator of Petr Muk, Jan Dvořák, and the lyrics for three tracks are the work of Meda Věžniková. Basiková was photographed for the cover by Ida Saudková.
