Description
The Christmas album by 4 Tenors combines ten world-famous Christmas evergreens with a medley of the most popular Czech carols. Marian Vojtko, Pavel Vítek, Jan Kříž and Michal Bragagnolo present their fourth recording, featuring songs such as Silent Night, Christmas Express, The Little Drummer Boy, Ave Maria and the title track Christmas, along with Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah, Lennon's Happy Xmas (War Is Over) and the musical ballad To Write It All Again from the Beginning. A large orchestra and the accompanying 4 Tenors band enhance the album's festive atmosphere, with arrangements by František Krtička and repertoire selected by producer Janis Sidovský. The tracklist also includes an old story, a Czech carol medley and Son of God Is Born a Man.
