Description
This 180-gram LP presents the fourth installment in the reissue series of Vladimír Mišík’s albums with ETC... The songs retain their strong melodies, quality lyrics and distinctive singing, while their arrangements receive a striking electronic makeover shaped by the recording technology of 1987. Keyboards and drums benefit from significant computer support, while the characteristic ETC... sound remains present in the violin, cello and powerful rock guitar. The eight songs range from the atmospheric “Nezapomeň” and “Noční můra” to the funky drive of “Možná,” with touches of local atmosphere provided by the pub noise and cry of “Pivo!” The album features six musicians: Hrubý, Nejezchleba, Skoumal, Kubeš, Kulhánek and Skala. It includes new remastering from the SONO studio and cover artwork by Karel Haloun. The tracklist is: “Nezapomeň,” “Možná,” “Návštěvní den,” “Pes, Franta a Kant,” “Pochod adolescentů,” “Když se zešeří,” “Doteky” and “Noční můra.”
