Description
This remastered reissue of Radim Hladík’s 1975 instrumental album, originally recorded in 1973, presents a distinctive blend of progressive and art rock, with occasional blues roots, a touch of jazz and guitar-led compositions in many forms. Hladík is joined by the core trio of J. Kůstka, V. Čech and L. Semelka, with guests J. Stivín on flute and saxophone and M. Kratochvíl on piano. Alongside two extended compositions and two medium-length pieces, the album includes Čajovna, one of the most iconic Czech instrumental tracks, here accompanied by five additional versions from 1979 to 2011, including a previously unreleased live recording. The tracklist contains Boty, Čajovna, Skládanka, Ztráty a nálezy and Hypertenze, followed by the bonus versions of Čajovna.
