Description
This Czech-language audio programme contains seventeen separate memory and brain exercises. Each chapter focuses on a different way of stimulating mental fitness, and the exercises can be followed in sequence or selected individually. Listeners receive instructions and a set amount of time to complete each task, usually filled by a piece of music. The activities aim to exercise the brain, awaken memory, activate recollections, teach memorisation techniques and improve mood. The programme also includes games for daily use with the two audio coaches, along with sound effects and music that make use of the possibilities of audio recording. Chapters can be paused, replayed, used separately and repeated as often as desired. Some exercises have a relaxing and calming purpose, focusing on imagination or recalling distant memories, including visualisations of the sea, rain, nature, childhood and the starry sky, as well as concentration, word searches, rhythm, storytelling, remembering a shopping list, mirror-word games, positive psychology and singing.
