Pět myšů - Písničky pro děti - CD

This CD presents a selection of children’s songs composed and recorded by Petr Skoumal, suitable for both young and older listeners. Skoumal set hundreds of songs to texts by Emanuel Frynta, Pavel Šrut, Jan Vodňanský, František Halas and Zdeněk Svěrák, many of which became popular children’s songs. The recordings were originally released between 1991 and 1999 in collections including Kdyby prase mělo křídla, Jak se loví gorila, Pečivo, Příběhy včelích medvídků, Když jde malý bobr spát, Kampak běžíš, ježku? and Dejte mi pastelku. This edition, named after the song Pět myšů, brings together legendary songs known to several generations, performed mostly by Petr Skoumal or his friends. Their witty texts and distinctive performances combine humour with a poetic, playfully absurd style. The Czech-language tracklist includes Pět myšů, Život je pes, Mlýnek, Pod, Když jde malý bobr spát, Jak se loví gorila, Medvědi a lidi, Břeťa připlul do Řecka, Jeden známý hrabě, Jak velbloud nepochodil, Liška a myška, Fazole a fialky, Chmury, Kobyla, Kohouti, Liška, Otázky, Trychtýře, Velryby, Zdvořilost, Ježipíseň, Prase, Dingo, Dva mrňaví uličníci, Koně, Hejkal, Had, Profesor, Nosorožec, Jelikož a Tudíž, Lev, and songs from Nové příběhy a písničky včelích medvídků.
