This children’s music CD brings together songs from the television programme TvMiniUni, where Flegy and his friends meet stars of Czech pop music. Alongside the show’s popular puppet characters, the album features Barbora Poláková, Aneta Langerová, Vojtěch Dyk, Klára Vytisková, Lenka Dusilová, Xindl X and Mardi of Vypsaná Fixa. The music comes from a group of leading Czech composers and musicians, including Jiří Hradil, Marek Doubrava, Jan Maxián and Beata Hlavenková, while the lyrics were written by the programme’s screenwriters and collaborators. The songs are performed by the puppet actors Jiří Kohout, Ondřej Nosálek, Jana Kollertová, Anna Schmidtmajerová and Petr Besta, among others. TvMiniUni is an entertaining educational programme with songs for children from the age of four, created by director and co-author Janek Jirků together with artist Hynek Dřízhal. The album includes songs about games, pirates, yetis, princesses, attraction, love, stars, accidents, nature and many other subjects.
