Klasika a objevy komplet 1977-1983 - 10 CD

This 10-CD collection charts the development of the humour of Miloslav Šimek and his theatre group between 1977 and 1983. It follows earlier collections devoted to Šimek and Grossmann and to Šimek, Sobota and Nárožný, and captures the gradual transformation of the comic trio with Petr Nárožný into the duo Šimek and Sobota, who were seeking to redefine their creative and performing partnership. The recordings show why Šimek and Sobota were respected at the time for their original and inventive humour, appearing not only at Semafor Theatre but also in various television programmes and on records. The compilation documents more than the development of their comedy: it also evokes the atmosphere of the period through the subjects that entertained their audiences and the musical accompaniment provided by singers from the comedians’ circle of friends. Speaking and singing are Miloslav Šimek, Luděk Sobota, Petr Nárožný, Jana Svobodová, Luboš Svoboda, Uršula Kluková, Valerie Čižmárová, Viktor Sodoma, Pavel Bobek, Zuzana Burianová, Miluše Voborníková, Miroslav Paleček, Michael Janík, Hana Zagorová, Petra Černocká, Jitka Molavcová, Jiří Korn, Miroslav Horníček, Miloš Kopecký, Karel Šíp, Jaroslav Uhlíř, Eva Olmerová, Jiří Dědeček and many others.
