This Czech-language audiobook presents selected key passages from Ivan Hlas's book Behind the Coloured Glass, subtitled The Journey of a Silver Spoon, a Little Mouse and a Knot in a Handkerchief. Its delicate, reflective atmosphere recalls a sequence of events unfolding through time, most of them set around Hanspaulka Hill, the Dejvice Ravine, the Šárka Valley and old Dejvice. Guitar interludes mark the different levels of the narrative, while songs complete the powerful emotional experience.
