Works by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin and Debussy display the qualities of his finest recordings: technical precision in every detail, carefully considered structure and rare inner vitality. The mastery of one of the great pianists of the 20th century is heightened by the unique atmosphere of a live concert. Following Ivan Moravec’s death in July 2015, this recording remains his final message and testament to beauty.
