We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. For package up to 3kg we charge a fee of $29 for Canada and United States $39 for all other countries. Please note that the shhipping costs increase according to the total package weight. All duties or local taxes are included in our service.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
To start a return click here and fill out your order information through our contact form. We will send you return instructions in reply to your message. Please note that our return system will not allow you to return an item once the 30 day period has passed.
*Note - we do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in instructions we sent you. Make sure to add some return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box or envelope. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Make sure you have given the package value under or equal to 10 USD, because the package is a returning package to its original sender, it is it is important that the Czech customs administration releases the package for delivery without charging customs duties.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7-21 business days, according to the sender's location. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
