Description
This Czech-language publication contains a current collection of 25 regulations governing relations between the Czech Republic and foreign nationals. Since the previous edition, the Act on the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Czech Republic and the Asylum Act have been amended, along with several other acts and decrees. A new chapter covers the legal framework concerning Ukrainian citizens in connection with the war in Ukraine. The publication also includes the Visa Code, the Geneva Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and other regulations. All changes are highlighted in bold, and references to related regulations are given in full.
