Bellevueska nemocnica (slovensky) – Cook Robin (2026)

Working as a surgical resident at the iconic Bellevue Hospital is a dream come true for twenty-three-year-old Michael Fuller, known as Mitt. He follows in the footsteps of four celebrated generations of Fullers who served at the institution during its nearly three-hundred-year history. As a newcomer, Mitt faces intense pressure, but he possesses a kind of sixth sense that allows him to perceive the intangible. When his patients begin dying unexpectedly one after another, he tries to explain the mysterious deaths, but the situation quickly spirals out of control. He is plagued by visions of a girl in bloodstained clothing and hears distant wails that chill him to the bone. As the bodies pile up and the young resident comes under increasing stress, he is inexplicably drawn to an abandoned old hospital that somehow escaped demolition and still stands near Bellevue Hospital’s modern high-rise building. When he enters the ominous structure without permission, he discovers that he is more closely connected to the sins of the past than he ever imagined. The book is in Slovak.
