Description
This feared trick-taking game by Friedemann Friese takes you through a deep, mysterious forest at night, where the only sense of safety comes from a well-trodden path. Stray from it and fear and terror take hold, but you cannot stand still either, with monster-haunted ruins behind you. The player whose hair does not turn white with terror after several rounds wins. This is a simple trick-taking game without trumps: the highest card in the suit led wins the trick. The challenge is that the deck contains both positive and negative values, from −6 to +6 in four suits. Players collect both kinds of cards and try to achieve the most balanced result, while their opponents do everything they can to burden them with more points. The game is for 3–5 players and takes about 30 minutes. It includes 60 playing cards, six fear-track cards, ten ghost figures and rules in Czech.
