Description
A concise gastronomic dictionary presents terms in Czech, English, French, Italian and German, including transcriptions. German transcription is omitted because pronunciation rules appear at the beginning of the dictionary. The languages included are among the most widely used in Europe. France is also the birthplace of culinary art, and many gastronomic terms are not translated into other languages. The terms are selected and arranged according to subject areas connected with work in hotels, kitchens, restaurants and related settings.
