This pilot collection of seven études starts with the very basics and the simplest parts, especially for drum kit. Each étude offers two versions for drum kit: easy for beginners and advanced for more experienced players. A piano part with a metronome track is available for free download from the publisher’s website, while the piano part is also included in the appendix, allowing the pieces to be played live as duets for drum kit and piano. The études cover several rhythmic styles, including basic beat, rock, slow rock, Latin and blues rhythms, with room for breaks and solos.
