This Czech-language reading book is part of a new series for primary-school pupils, including those with special educational needs. The expanded editions help all pupils develop their reading skills and verbal expression while making inclusion in a mainstream classroom easier for pupils with special educational needs. They are suitable for developing reading abilities, improving verbal expression, strengthening auditory and visual perception, practising eye movements and left-right and spatial orientation, expanding knowledge, and supporting logical thinking and memory. The shaded strips along the sides and at the bottom of the pages contain exercises for addressing individual difficulties. In some texts, bold syllables indicate the correct division of words into syllables.
