Virtual worlds offer unlimited freedom. Anyone can become an elven mage or an invisible thief, join a clan, take part in raids, fight, develop their character and, above all, escape everyday toil. Yet a game is only a game if you can stop playing it, as I discovered the hard way. I only wanted to let off some steam in virtual reality, but instead I was murdered and ended up trapped in the body of one of the undead: slow, clumsy and condemned to die again and again at the hands of other players. There was only one way out of this terrible situation: finding the legendary Scroll of Resurrection. To do so, however, I had to turn a helpless, disease-ridden corpse into a genuine killing machine. If only people knew what it is like to improve a dead thief. The contents are in Czech.
