Descripción
When workers reconstructing an old cemetery discover a skull with a large nail driven into it, it is clear that the deceased died a violent death. Detectives from the murder department are called to the scene: the inexperienced Richard Krauz and the seasoned Eduard Burger. The investigation quickly gathers momentum, and the detectives learn that the dead man was a former sacristan at the Church of Saint Barbara. Yet their investigation is unwelcome to everyone, from higher authorities to the church itself. Why? Krauz and Burger continue their search regardless. A co-production film based on the book was released in cinemas in March 2016.
