This book examines the current and controversial subject of donating human eggs and sperm for assisted reproduction, offering a comprehensive and detailed insight into the ethical and legal questions involved. It discusses the legal nature of human eggs and sperm, including the possibilities for their practical and legal disposition, and critically analyses the regulation of their therapeutic use at international, European and national levels.
