From January 2026, all travel-expense rates for the business and public sectors, including foreign meal allowances, change. This Czech-language publication contains the current legislation on travel expenses, as well as related allowances and the entitlements of certain professions, including members of the security forces, judges, public prosecutors and representatives of state power. The second part presents legislation on remuneration in the business sector, including the legal regulation of the minimum wage.
