This Czech-language collection presents inspiring electronic circuits suitable for both amateur and industrial electronics. It focuses on clever, simple circuits that address problems frequently encountered in practice and offers designers a comprehensive selection of ideas relevant to their work. Although many of the circuits can also be found online, searching for them individually takes valuable time that would otherwise be available for developing an application. The collection therefore provides a more direct source of inspiration, with references allowing readers to follow up the original material. The author spent many years collecting circuits and used some of them in his own practice. The most interesting were published in Czech magazines, especially Sdělovací technika, Amatérské rádio, Praktická elektronika and KTE Rádio plus. With the permission of their editors, this selection was compiled from articles published after 1990. Some texts and circuits have been partially revised, with errors, inaccuracies and time-dependent information corrected. The original sources include electronics magazines, application and design notes, data sheets for the components used, publications issued by their manufacturers and, increasingly, the Internet. The circuits are arranged in groups according to their purpose, although some classifications were not straightforward, resulting in four volumes so readers can choose only the area that interests them. Some circuits are no longer current, such as complex accelerometer circuits for measuring small accelerations, since monolithic accelerometers with ranges as low as ±1.5 g are now available. Even so, these applications may inspire later circuit designs and solutions to other problems. The author has tested some of the circuits, but their operation and stated parameters cannot be guaranteed; anyone wishing to use them must verify them and make any necessary modifications themselves. Although modern components, including single-chip microcomputers, can now perform many of these functions more simply or with better parameters, this book may still provide useful inspiration for solving practical problems.
