It describes who murdered two butchers near Kardašova Řečice, why a popular tobacconist in Mladá Boleslav was killed, who murdered a teacher’s wife on her name day in Moravské Trstěnice, and why a farm family was massacred in Ježovice in Central Bohemia. It also reveals what crime the constable Václav Hejkal committed and why an impoverished elderly saleswoman in Přerov nad Labem died at a murderer’s hand.
