Descripción
This selection of Jacques Derrida’s early works invites readers to return to texts in which meaning emerges from differences and fissures in space and time, disrupting the apparently solid, compact fabric of our world and language. Derrida’s différance, at once distance and spatialization, deferral and temporalization, offers a way to read these writings anew. Deconstruction is presented as an unavoidable step towards creating ourselves anew: like swimmers plunging into cold water, we enter an element foreign to us in order to become different without disintegrating or dissolving. The book is in Czech.
