This teacher’s resource pack supports an exceptionally strong skills-training programme covering language skills, phonics, and civic education. The six-level Family and Friends course offers a fast-paced syllabus and a wide range of optional resources for schools with many teaching hours per week. One third of each unit is devoted to skills training, with a step-by-step approach to writing and early literacy that builds children’s confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
