Cthulhu: Temné časy

Cthulhu: Dark Times is a competitive game for 1–5 players in which players secretly take on the roles of investigators, cultists or renegades belonging to one of two sides in a struggle over the fate of a land on the brink of destruction. Each player’s secret affiliation determines how they score points, but only one player wins. During the game, players use influence dice to acquire network cards, control cities and gain myth cards. Newly acquired network cards improve a player’s deck and the resources and actions available during their turn. Players conceal their affiliations while testing the sanity of their agents, carrying out various actions, persuading other players’ hired agents to join them or murdering them, gaining help from powerful myth cards, preventing opponents from acquiring cards, and closing or opening gates to score victory points. At the end, the player with the fewest victory points and all players sharing that affiliation are eliminated; among the remaining players, the one with the most victory points wins. The game lasts approximately 90 minutes and also includes a solo mode. The game is in Czech.
