The described techniques include Drops, in which individual drops spread and push one another aside while an extender creates clear circles; Wispy Layers, which uses an extender and carefully directed air to form thin, delicate layers; Color Splash, in which ink is blown outward to create splash effects or flowers; Masking, which uses Marabu Fixogum to create text, lines and other masked areas on non-absorbent surfaces; and Stencilling, which removes small amounts of dried color through a stencil moistened with extender.
