Noc na Karlstejne - A bit silly but enjoyable to see.

The purchase was easy and delivery was quick. The plot was a bit silly but ground-breaking in some respects. It has elements of modern musical sitcoms and other shows today, which I enjoy. The actors were actually pretty good and performed with surprising sincerity.

Synopsis
A renowned Czech musical, this film depicts Emperor Charles IV's Karlštejn Castle, where women are forbidden. The rule is defied when Charles' wife, Elizabeth of Pomerania, and the castellan's niece Alena, disguise themselves as men to enter the castle. Starring Vlastimil Brodský and Jana Brejchová, the film combines history with intrigue and romance.
