Synopsis
In this delightful narrative, young dentist Dr. Matys employs two brothers, Alois and Benjamin Zoubek, as lab assistants and part-time babysitters for his four young nieces/nephews, under the care of his widowed stepfather, Václav Bezdětek. The brothers aspire to find a wife for Dr. Matys, recognizing the need to first find a companion for Bezdětek. Their plans are complicated by Marta Kočová, a feminist radio speaker critical of traditional gender roles, who surprisingly falls in love with Dr. Matys, altering her views. The plot thickens as Marta's mother, bound by a will that dictates she can only remarry after Marta, becomes the romantic interest of Bezdětek, intertwining the lives of all characters in this charming and intricate story.
