Synopsis
Aleš Pelán (L. Vaculík) is a beloved teacher at a secondary school. When he faces bullying from a colleague, he realizes the importance of standing up for oneself. As a teacher, he encounters various challenges, including the drowning of a student during a field trip, parents struggling with a disruptive classmate, a girl who has never attended school, conflicts between Romani and non-Romani children, and caretakers at a diagnostic institute dealing with a murder committed by a resident. Despite being an educator and not a police officer, Pelán investigates these cases as a school ombudsman.
