Synopsis
Historical comedy about a young king Charles IV., set in the 14th century. It covers the period of adolescence, the first battles, first love and first wife of Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV., Albeit mostly in caricatured form. He meets with a number of historical figures from King John of Luxembourg over the French Princess Blanche of Valois to Charles faithful servant and friend Mr. Busek Velhartic.
