Synopsis

It's no easy task, perhaps because Olga herself is far from uncomplicated. She has grand plans for her love life and an overactive imagination. The small town where she was born is insufficient for the realization of her amorous ambitions, so she relocates to the big city. Initially, she works in a lingerie store, serving over 3,000 women before the miraculous moment arrives—HE appears! The first and true love of her life, or so Olga thinks until she catches him cheating. Olga studies psychology, which theoretically equips her to handle her situation. However, practice proves to be quite different, especially when she encounters a renowned womanizer who takes her to the Carpathian Mountains. Or when she almost drowns in a canoe in front of a young man's eyes. And then there's the realization that the guy who first saw her naked isn't such a jerk after all. Or when she comprehends that her son is no longer a child... The "ors" are abundant on Olga's journey in search of the perfect relationship. What remains certain is that the film "Desperate Women Do Desperate Things" is a comedy that underscores one essential truth: when it comes to love, no matter how tough it gets, no matter how much you become a laughingstock, you simply can't give up!
