Synopsis
The main character, Pepa (Michal Suchánek), has been waiting for the real and happy life since a young age. He wasn't popular in kindergarten, didn't have many friends in school, and was considered an outsider in high school. It took him a long time to become independent, find a job, marry his wife Zdena (Petra Špalková), and start a family with their teenage daughter Zdenička (Natálie Grossová). Pepa seems to have everything and leads an ordinary but happy life like many others. However, perhaps this isn't the life he dreamed of. Maybe a completely different life awaits him. Will his life take a turn when a new young and beautiful colleague, Pavlína (Alena Doláková), joins his office? Or when he meets his dream girl, a receptionist named Anička Stopnická, whom he occasionally watches through binoculars and who helps him escape the boring and monotonous reality of his everyday life? Alongside Pepa's life, we also glimpse into the life of the aforementioned receptionist Irena, who isn't completely happy in her relationship with her boyfriend Eman (Martin Pechlát) but continues to try to get pregnant.
