Synopsis
Sympathetic Vojta is shy, and his family is eccentric. His choleric father, who once failed to swim the English Channel, wants him to be a competitive swimmer, while his loving mother, a former child ice revue star, sees him as a talented pianist. However, Vojta has different priorities - mainly a red-haired classmate named Ela, a charming synchronized swimmer who is set to leave for Paris in November. If Vojta doesn't take decisive action quickly, Ela will disappear behind the Iron Curtain forever. After all, it's the year 1989.
